So today is day 2 of no more soda. Yes, I have done this before, but this time it will stick! I found this interesting blog post about reasons to ditch the crack.. Reasons not to drink soda
The sugar cravings have already kicked in. Last night I ate the last 7 of my mini peanut butter cups. I gobbled them down like they were hot dogs at a competitive eating competition. Scary.

This is one vice I am glad I do not have! Soda is not a big deal for me.
My husband however, is hopelessly addicted.
it is bad! At one point i was up to almost 2 liters a day. When I quit that time, I lost 13 lbs.. right now it is closer to 1 liter a day, so I am hoping for a 5 lbs weight loss LOL.
Whenever Bob complains that he is getting "fat" I tell him to stop drinking soda....and he laughs and laughs.
LOL it works though.. too bad I need to do more than just quit the crack.
